job Description
The Mycogoods Lead oversees fulfillment of orders placed through several online platforms.
Note: This position is shared with Chthaeus Press (our sister company, which shares our office space), and requires fulfilling its orders as well. Each morning will call for addressing order fulfillment for CP (typically for 1–2 hours) before switching to MYCOLOGOS orders.

Primary Roles
- Fulfilling orders through several online platforms
- Answering customer service questions via phone and email
- Monitoring stock levels and placing inventory orders as needed
- Processing, assembling, and packaging MYCOLOGOS goods
- Receiving and stocking inventory
- Making local deliveries (with company vehicle)
- Tabling at events
- Potential to assist with in-person events and workshops
- Potential to assist in the light manufacturing of MYCOLOGOS goods
Your Skills
- High competency in computer (Apple) troubleshooting and an ability to quickly learn to use online selling platforms.
- You are disciplined, organized, inquisitive, and driven. You are a self starter that can identify and troubleshoot hurdles as they arise.
- You are a strong communicator and multi-tasker.
- Having familiarity with CNC work, laser engraving, and 3D printing ideal but not required.
Commitment
This position requires a one-year commitment and the signing of a multi-year non-compete / non-disclosure agreement.
