All orders for physical goods are processed within 10 business days of being placed, with most being fulfilled within 3–4 days. Most items ship from our Portland warehouse, though some ship direct from the manufacturer. Items shipping from the manufacturer may incur additional shipping costs, which will be noted in the description of the item.

Available shipping options vary based on your location and the weight of your order. Generally, options for either USPS or USP shipping classes will be shown at checkout.

In the event of a stock count error or if a back order item is ordered, we will contact you to determine whether you wish to ship all the items together or split shipments, potentially at an increased shipping rate.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or to receive store credit at the item's purchase price. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to you and shipped to us within 7 days of receiving return or exchange approval from our staff. Returns apply only to those items purchased directly from the Mycologos website.

Returned items must be in a "new" condition with intact packaging and labels, and with no visible signs of wear (including, but not limited to, notable scents). Items in any other condition will not be credited and will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error or if the item arrived in a damaged condition. Customers wishing to exchange an item will also be responsible for the shipping cost associated with sending the replacement item.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.

International customers are responsible for the cost of all importations duties and customs fees. In the event that items are returned to Mycologos due to a customer's refusal to pay for importation costs, the customer will be refunded for the items less the original shipping cost and any associated costs to return the items to Mycologos. Please determine the cost to import your items before completing your order to be aware of these costs. Mycologos staff is not able to calculate these importation costs, nor are we able to provide the best means to do so as importation duties and protocols vary widely by country.

Digital gift cards and all digital products (apart from some online course) are considered "final sale" and are non-refundable.

Digital goods cannot be exchanged for any Mycologos offering.

Some online courses offer the ability to unenroll in a course and receive a refund. The refund amount and the time frame in which a refund can be requested vary by course. These details are noted in the description of each course. Some courses do not offer a refund option after enrollment.

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or registration to anyone in any of our online events, workshops, or courses.

All items listed as Clearance or Final Sale items are sold as-is, with no options for returns or exchange.

Any item not manufactured by Mycologos is subject to the warranties and terms of use set by that item’s manufacturer. Warranty issues or product defect complaints for such products will need to be arranged with the product’s manufacturer directly.

Mycologos is not responsible for defective items manufactured by other companies.

The ticket cancellation and refund policy for an in-person event is based upon the logistical complexity of a given event – with some events requiring many days for us to adequately prepare for each attendee. As such, these policies vary by event.

Please refer to the description of a given event for its specific cancellation and refund policy.

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or registration to anyone in any of our events, workshops, trainings, or courses.
